About the Founder
US Army Major General Dave Grange is a living legend. He is the son of the namesake of the Army Rangers’ “Best Ranger” competition. He also served as a Ranger and finished his military career as commanding general of the 1st Infantry Division in Germany.
Gen. Grange founded Osprey Global Solutions with his wife, Holly, a West Point grad (her father was Superintendent) and a former member of the North Carolina House of Representatives.
The Team
Osprey employs an elite team comprised of US military teir-1 special operations veterans—Delta Force, Navy SEALS, Army Rangers, Green Berets, Combat Marines—in addition to highly skilled first responders, innovative medical professionals, and a network of civilian technical experts and entrepreneurs.

Designed to close the gap between innovation and deployment, Osprey addresses the challenges of fragmented ecosystems, slow acquisition processes, and limited access to real‑world operational validation. Our integrated model combines rigorous technical evaluation, live field testing, validated customer demand, and staged capital deployment.
