Sagamore co-hosts Forum quarterly salon-type dinners at the Penn Club in New York City and the University Club in Washington DC.  Past speakers include Arthur Brooks, Baroness Philippa Stroud, Yuval Levin, Erica Komisar and David Brooks.

  • Forum was founded in London by Baroness Philippa Stroud and David Stroud
  • Forum US is expanding to Atlanta and Dallas; all US cities convene together annually on Jekyll Island
  • FORUM is the activation platform for the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship.

Midwest Defense

Sagamore regularly convenes regional and national leaders to discuss the defense ideas, innovations, and solutions emanating from the Heartland that are driving the next era of national security.

  • Sagamore’s annual Midwest Defense Summit unites regional and national leaders to advance national security solutions from the Heartland. Through focused policy discussions and emerging innovations, the summit brings together the people, ideas, and technologies shaping the future of defense from the Midwest.
  • The Midwest Defense Forum, which is chaired by former Congressman Mike Gallagher and hosted in partnership with the Green Bay Packers’ TitletownTech, is an exclusive gathering of changemakers and industry leaders advancing defense technology innovation from the region and beyond.
  • Along with our annual events, Sagamore hosts special gatherings featuring policymakers and business leaders who are collaborating on Midwest Defense.

Indiana Conference on Citizenship

Sagamore holds this annual event to celebrate exemplary citizenship and to equip the next generation of citizens to solve society’s greatest challenges.

  • The 2025 conference will feature bold ideas to transform small and mid-sized cities.
  • The inaugural Celebrating American Ideas Award was presented to living members of the Navajo Code Talkers.
  • The conference series was designed as the annual convening of the Sagamores of the Wabash.

Athlete Impact

Sagamore has partnered with RISE Family Office to help professional athletes become entrepreneurs and create high-impact influence off the field. Our support ranges from strategic consulting to managing athletes’ foundations and nonprofits, as well as hosting and attending mission‑driven events that elevate their community impact.
  • World Shoe, a Sagamore Venture, teamed up with the National Basketball Players Association and the Organization of African First Ladies for Development at UNGA 2025. NBA players Ochai Agbaj and Sion James donated over $100,000  to World Shoe and OFALD’s Wash and Wear initiatives, which provide footwear to disadvantaged youth across the continent.
  • In partnership with NFL Star Jaylon Smith’s Minority Entrepreneurship Institute (MEI), Sagamore Ventures hosted MEI showcases, pitch competitions, and investor showcases in Tampa, Indianapolis, and Frisco, Texas, to highlight minority entrepreneurs who are using their platforms for social impact.
