Julie Grice serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Sagamore Institute.  In this capacity, she wears several hats as a growth architect, revenue optimizer, collaborative leader, and strategic innovator on key Sagamore projects such as, the Indiana Mental Health Roundtable, Marvella, Midwest Defense, Purposeful Design, and Renewing Cities.

Julie focuses on driving growth and innovation by maximizing stakeholder engagement, building sustainable relationships, and aligning actions to goals.  She brings expertise in corporate and philanthropic relationships, and community and economic development.

 

Prior to joining Sagamore, Julie served as the Chief Revenue Officer of the Indy Chamber.  A Hoosier through and through, she was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana, her “heart hometown” is Spencer, Indiana, and Lake Wawasee is her heaven on earth.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ball State University and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.  Julie enjoys spending time on her road bicycle, watching basketball – especially the Hoosiers, Pacers, and Fever – and serving at Eagle Church.
