Rob Panos is Vice President of Sagamore, where he provides strategic leadership, manages key external relationships, and advances the organization’s flagship initiatives. He specializes in social finance and impact investing, directing these strategies across Sagamore’s programs and through its investment platform, Commonwealth.

Previously, Rob served as Sagamore’s Chief of Staff for six years, supporting organizational growth and execution. Before joining Sagamore, he worked as Donor Relations Manager at the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado and held a variety of roles in the nonprofit sector. His career reflects a passion for place-based investment and cross-sector partnerships that strengthen communities.

Rob earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Policy degrees from the University of Virginia. He is a graduate of the Mitch Daniels Leadership Fellowship and was recognized among “Indy’s Best and Brightest” by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.

Beyond his professional work, Rob is an elder at Antioch Community Church in Indianapolis and serves on the advisory board of Together Indy. He and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors with their four children.
