Jesse Carlton is the Executive Director at Indiana Defense Network. She is a dedicated and loyal leader with more than 22 years of military service and four years of non-profit experience with specific concentration on project management, budgeting, grant management, data analytics and strategic partnerships relationship management. 

Before becoming the Executive Director, Jesse was the Chief Operating Officer at Indiana Defense Network from August 2016 until October 2019. She served as a commissioned officer in the Indiana National Guard for 7 years. She is the Chapter Secretary of the National Defense Industrial Association and volunteers at Cicero Christian Church. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
