Aaron Story is the Chief Executive Officer of Elevate Indianapolis. He most recently served co-director of the Capstone Leadership Initiative in Indy, succeeds Elevate co-founder Jim Shaffer, who stepped down after being appointed to the Indiana Parole Board by Governor Eric Holcomb.

Story founded the Capstone initiative, which serves students at Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis. He also founded the Indy Metro Church, where he serves as lead pastor.
